Age Groups / Judging Categories:

Entries will be judged within their own age group, so younger children are not compared to older children.

Judging Criteria:

• Creativity / Imagination
• Use of color
• Overall effort for the child's age
• Relevance to the given theme/template (if any)

Decision of the judges is final.

Prizes:

• 5 winners will be selected from each age group.
• Each winner will receive an Eicher giveaway gift and a winner's certificate.
• Prizes are not refundable, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Announcement:

• Winners will be contacted via the parent's phone number provided in the form.
• If we cannot reach a parent after reasonable attempts, we may select an alternate winner from that age group.
• Selected winning drawings may be featured on Eicher / Rang Motors' social media pages and marketing materials.

Use of Submitted Artwork / Consent:

By submitting, the parent / legal guardian confirms:

• The artwork is original and belongs to the child.
• The Organizer has the right to use, post, edit, and share the submitted artwork, child's first name, age, school name, and city for promotional/marketing purposes (online and offline), without any additional payment.
• The parent has permission to share the child's details.

Data & Privacy:

• Parent contact information will be used only for contest communication, winner confirmation, prize delivery, and future promotions from Eicher and Rang Motors.
• We will not share phone numbers publicly.

Disqualification:

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Are incomplete or have wrong information
• Contain copied/traced / AI art
• Contain inappropriate content
• Are submitted more than once by the same child

Acceptance of Rules:

By submitting an entry, the parent agrees to all contest rules and the Organizer's decisions.
