    How it Works

    1. Click on the contest link/landing page from our social media ad.
    2. Download the sketch template for your child's age group (see options below).
    3. Let your child complete the artwork using crayons, colored pencils, markers, paint, etc.
    4. Take a clear photo or scan of the final drawing.
    5. Upload the drawing using the submission form and complete all required fields.

    Note: One (1) submission per child.

    Contest Rules

    This contest is organized by Eicher and Rang Motors ("Organizer").

    Eligibility:

    • Open to children ages 0–12 years.
    • Each child must submit their own original artwork.
    • Parents / legal guardians must submit on behalf of the child.
    • Employees of Eicher, Rang Motors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to win prizes.

    Contest Period:

    • Start Date: 1 December 2025 (00:00 hrs) to 31 December 2025 (23:59 hrs)
    • Submissions received after the end date will not be considered.

    How to Enter:

    1. Click on the contest link/landing page from our social media ad.
    2. Read the rules and download the drawing template or theme brief.
    3. Let your child complete the artwork using crayons, colored pencils, markers, paint, etc.
    4. Take a clear photo or scan of the final drawing.
    5. Upload the drawing using the submission form and complete all required fields.

    Note: One (1) submission per child.

    Artwork Requirements:

    • Must be drawn by the child only.
    • File formats accepted: JPG, PNG, or PDF.
    • File must be clear.

    Policy

    Age Groups / Judging Categories:

    Entries will be judged within their own age group, so younger children are not compared to older children.

    Judging Criteria:

    • Creativity / Imagination
    • Use of color
    • Overall effort for the child's age
    • Relevance to the given theme/template (if any)

    Decision of the judges is final.

    Prizes:

    • 5 winners will be selected from each age group.
    • Each winner will receive an Eicher giveaway gift and a winner's certificate.
    • Prizes are not refundable, not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    Winner Announcement:

    • Winners will be contacted via the parent's phone number provided in the form.
    • If we cannot reach a parent after reasonable attempts, we may select an alternate winner from that age group.
    • Selected winning drawings may be featured on Eicher / Rang Motors' social media pages and marketing materials.

    Use of Submitted Artwork / Consent:

    By submitting, the parent / legal guardian confirms:

    • The artwork is original and belongs to the child.
    • The Organizer has the right to use, post, edit, and share the submitted artwork, child's first name, age, school name, and city for promotional/marketing purposes (online and offline), without any additional payment.
    • The parent has permission to share the child's details.

    Data & Privacy:

    • Parent contact information will be used only for contest communication, winner confirmation, prize delivery, and future promotions from Eicher and Rang Motors.
    • We will not share phone numbers publicly.

    Disqualification:

    The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

    • Are incomplete or have wrong information
    • Contain copied/traced / AI art
    • Contain inappropriate content
    • Are submitted more than once by the same child

    Acceptance of Rules:

    By submitting an entry, the parent agrees to all contest rules and the Organizer's decisions.
